What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD,but we also accept currency based on your location, for example, GBP, EUR,AUD, CAD. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

  1. Dispatch Days: We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on USA national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Communication: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message notification. It is crucial for customers to remain available for contact throughout the delivery day. This ensures that any delivery-related queries or challenges can be promptly addressed, helping to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.

  3. Failed Deliveries: Our primary courier is USPS. In cases where a package fails to be delivered and cannot be redelivered, USPS may destroy the package as per their policy. We urge our customers to keep track of their package's delivery status and ensure they are available for receipt. This prevents any unfortunate circumstances where a package might be destroyed.

  4. National Holidays: We respect and observe all USA national holidays. Shipping will not be carried out on these days, and orders will be processed on the subsequent business day.

  5. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, there may be factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays with our shipping carriers, that may result in shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at woodybeing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email woodybeing@gmail.com . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 8-12 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.
