Shipping with Woodybeing

Orders ship from the United States. We offer free shipping to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum order value for this free-shipping offer.

Destinations and checkout

The free-shipping offer covers the 50 states. For delivery to Washington, DC, US territories, military addresses or destinations outside the United States, please contact woodybeing@gmail.com before ordering to check available options. Any available shipping option and charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery information

Orders normally dispatch within 3 days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. Dispatch time is separate from transit time. Review the delivery information shown at checkout before placing your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; timing can be affected by the destination, carrier conditions and holidays. For a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.

If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the applicable options to agree to a delay or cancel unshipped items for a refund. We will provide any refund required by applicable law within the required timeframe.

Order details and delivery support

Please check your delivery address and contact details before ordering. If you need a correction, email us promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the change can be made before dispatch.
